We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Us and the user, and this supercedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, or code is copyrighted as a collective work under copyright laws, and is the property of Giles Revell. The reproduction, distribution, display, and/or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Giles Revell. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

By placing an order you hereby understand that the artwork you are ordering is a handmade piece/s created specifically for your order. These pieces take time to create and are typically completed between 2-4 weeks after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to the size, material, or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to. If you receive an order that is incorrect you can contact us and allow us to replace the order with the correct order. Delivery of an incorrect order does not warrant a refund or exchange for a different item. All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances that.

Your artwork is carefully rolled in a tube, upon delivery, we highly recommend taking it directly to your framer for framing. Opening these pieces can be tricky to do and, if not done correctly, can result in damage to the print; we cannot replace artworks damaged in this instance.

All prints are made and shipped from our UK print studio and rolled inside a tube to ensure safe transport. UK mainland deliveries are shipped using a next day courier service. Please ensure you have provided your contact details correctly so we can email tracking information. Some London deliveries will be eligible for a same-day courier service, if your order is eligible, you will be contacted by Giles Revell Gallery’s printmakers to arrange a time slot.

International orders are shipped using FedEx or DHL, please note, while we endeavor to use the most efficient shipping option, transit times vary depending on the service available for your region. Deliveries are typically 2-3 working days once your artwork has shipped.

All deliveries require a direct signature. Your email is used to supply tracking information, once delivered you will be notified via email; any damages or discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery so that we can organise replacement at no cost to you. Issues raised after that will incur a 20% cost of sale charge plus shipping to replace the artwork.

Your shipping charge includes insurance during transit, once the item has been delivered to the address provided, liability is passed to the recipient. The recipient is responsible for any customs and duties charged on delivery.

We take the protection of data privacy very seriously. All Personal Data collected through the Website will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used as set out in our Privacy Policy. The applicable data protection laws shall be respected in full. Therefore, please read this policy thoroughly.
